Jeffrey L. Lacy, President of PTI, was invited to present at the 3^rd Annual National Advanced Nuclear Detection Development Workshop at the Institute for Defense Analyses in Alexandria, VA. The workshop included speakers from national laboratories, commercial, and academic institutions involved in advanced nuclear detection research. Dr. Lacy presented activities and current progress on the 1 m2 directional neutron/gamma detector development. This is a highly sensitive detector that can detect both gamma and neutron sources at great standoff distance and provide accurate source direction information to assist in location. For further information on this project, click here
